Healthy Goodland exists to help restore the kind of villages where people are known, valued, needed, and supported through every season of life. We're not a wellness brand. We're not a coaching program. We're a stewardship community, a modern village where health, relationships, land, and purpose all live under the same roof.

A good life isn't something you achieve alone.
Welcome to Healthy Goodland

It's something you cultivate together.

Stewardship is the foundation of everything we do

Wellness is one expression of stewardship, not the whole point of it. We think lasting wellbeing comes from how you care for the people and places entrusted to you, not from another app or program promising a shortcut.

Stewardship shows up in:

  • Relationships and marriage

  • Parenting and children

  • Soil, food, and water

  • Community and local economy

  • Music, art, and tradition

  • Elders and the next generation

  • Mental health and purpose

  • Time and financial generosity

Practice stewardship in these areas and wellness follows. That's the order we build in.

LivingWell Village:
where the vision gets lived out

Healthy Goodland holds the vision. LivingWell Village is where it actually happens, a real community where people gather to learn, serve, celebrate, and grow.

Villages aren't found. They're built, one person at a time. Every Villager brings something the village needs.

The Steward's Invitation

Our promise: Bring what you have. Receive what you need. Leave the village better than you found it.

This is an invitation into a way of living, not a title you earn.

Stewardship starts with caring well for what's been entrusted to you: your body, your family, your relationships, your work, your community, the land under your feet.

Every Villager is invited to become a Steward. Not because they've got it figured out, but because they're willing to help tend the place alongside everyone else.

Villagers

The people who belong here

Stewards

Villagers who choose, daily, to care for people, place, and the generations coming after us

As Villagers, we choose to:

  1. Be kind. Assume good intentions. Speak with honesty and respect.

  2. Leave people better than you found them. Offer encouragement. Share your gifts.

  3. Take only what you need. Leave enough for others. Choose gratitude over excess.

  4. Give what you can. No gift is too small; time, knowledge, listening, laughter, and hard work all count.

  5. Care for the village. The people, the land, the culture, the shared spaces are entrusted to us.

  6. Be curious before being certain. Seek to understand before you judge.

  7. Own your mistakes. Apologize quickly. Forgive generously. Keep learning.

  8. Protect what matters, especially children, elders, the vulnerable, and the natural world.

  9. Choose participation over spectatorship. If something needs tending, help tend it.

  10. Remember that you belong. You're needed here, the same way others are needed by you.

The LivingWell Rule of Life

Each day, we try to:

  • Let someone help us

  • Say thank you and mean it

  • Rest deeply

  • Tend our relationships

  • Leave every place a little better than we found it

  • Spend time outdoors

  • Move our bodies

  • Eat real food

  • Create something

  • Learn something

  • Share something

  • Help someone

Not because we have to. Because that's how a village gets built.

Our rhythm

Summer

Music, abundance, celebration

Spring

Planting and renewal

Autumn

Harvest and gratitude

Winter

Reflection, storytelling, rest

We move with the seasons, not against them.

Retreats, Village Fires, service days, and educational content follow this rhythm all year.

Meet Ryan

After decades in hospital medicine, he turned toward functional and preventative wellness, realizing that health is more than labs it’s connection, nourishment, and balance.

Frequently Asked Questions

How we measure success

Not by how many followers we've gathered. By whether:

  • More people feel known

  • More neighbors become friends

  • Kids grow up surrounded by adults who care about them

  • Elders are honored instead of sidelined

If those things are happening, the village is working.

  • Meals get shared, and laughter gets heard around a fire

  • Someone asked for help and actually found it

  • Someone realized their gifts mattered

Join our community. Healing starts when we reconnect — to ourselves, to the earth, to each other.
